Water Bowsers

If you need on site water for your event then we can provide a water bowser. This is ideal for when you have catering or when you know a lot of people will be thirsty.

Pig Roast

A whole pig roast will cater for in the region of 130 guests dished or can produce up to 200 pork baps. Each pig is cooked whole and carved direct from a commercial BBQ onto plates or into bread rolls.

Ox Roast
For the Ox roast we us only the Top Of Beef which contains all the prime joints. This is roasted on the bone for maximum flavor and carved as above onto plates or into bread rolls. Again any meat left over can be carved for you to use as you wish. A whole Ox roast will cater for approximately 100+ people plated or produce around 150 beef rolls. Each BBQ comes with bread rolls, horseradish sauce and condiments.

BBQ's
We can also cater for the larger BBQ cooking anything from the traditional burgers and sausage to steaks, chicken, fish, kebabs etc.
We have various sizes of commercial BBQ for hire, including gas so please ask for details

Salads
As an accompaniment we can also supply a green salad for any of the above. This includes Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, butter, plastic knives and forks, paper plates, serviettes and condiments.
