Pig Roast

With any Marquee hire food is important. A whole pig roast will cater for around 130 people plated or produce in the regian of 200 pork rolls. Each pig is cooked whole then carved direct from a commercial Barbeque onto plates or served into fresh bread rolls. The pig can be supplied with the head on or off depending on your preference. All condiments such as applesauce and stuffing aswell as bread rolls are included in the price. Applesauce and stuffing are included in the price along with bread rolls and condiments. The pig will be cooked from fresh so you can use any left over meat as you wish. We can supply pig roasts on a supply only basis including BBQ, gas and all the extras as above for you to carve if required.
